.Love At First Sight?

When James Tovey of Newport-based Tovey Bros Funeral Directors visited the NFE he was looking for a new removal vehicle. Binz was one of the exhibitors he made a point to visit as he had heard and read about the firm and its products but had never dealt with the company before.

The search for a removal vehicle was short and sweet, the Binz Vito fitted the bill almost to a "T". The standard of presentation of the Vito was second to none with a finish to the same high standard as the hearse and limousine. So good in fact that with the removable window screens taken out, Tovey Bros plan to use the vehicle as a flower hearse too when needed. James Tovey says, "Image is very important, the removal vehicle is often the first indication of the service that we provide. The bereaved family will see a dignified removal in a vehicle that looks less like a van and more like a large luxury vehicle - which of course it is.

"The Vito has a superb finish internally and externally, we opted for the blacked out glass because we wanted to avoid looking like a courier service. It is imperative for us to not only seem to be treating the deceased and the bereaved with dignity, but we also need to be seen to be doing so. The Vito is an excellent vehicle for this purpose."

Despite this being James Tovey's first dealings with Binz, it almost certainly won't be the last. "I was very impressed by the service and response from Binz." Added Tovey, "The Vito is well equipped as it comes from Binz, but I wanted my own little details added to the vehicle and Kevin Smith listened to what I needed and came up with the ideal solution every time. I couldn't ask for more. The service was as dignified and exceptional as the Vito that Binz delivered, to specification and on time."
