Clients expect perfection, they expect to get what they ask for as they ask for it. Apologies and remedies in the funeral business simply don't cut it. So when East Kilbride's Heritage Funeral Services' John Donnelly was looking to add to his fleet he looked for a company that was capable of doing exactly what they said they were going to do. The Smith family at Binz have built a reputation for reliable service and an ability to deliver on promises, so John Donnelly decided to test the water with Binz when he needed a replacement retrieval vehicle. Heritage is a first time customer with Binz and John was attracted not just by the glitz of the Vito seen at a show, or because his competitors used the vehicle, but because customer service at Binz appeared to be the key to their ethos, an ethos that resulted in first class vehicles supported by a first class service. The Vito in its basic form looks good, but John wanted something that would stand out, that would show his clients that respect and dignity started at the moment they called the office and continued from first call all the way throughout their service. So Heritage opted for the VIP level of fitment, with the walnut veneer decks and lining throughout, bringing it right up to hearse standard. This finish, with the hidden rise and fall deck mechanism, all adds to the detail the bereaved families rarely, if ever see, but which equally ensures that the quality of service is supported by a similar quality of delivery. John Donnelly explained, "I expect the best of service. I expect people to deliver on their promises and Binz have proven that they do just that. I have just purchased a fleet of six vehicles but when the time comes to renew them I will certainly be looking very closely at working with Binz. I like their level of service and I like their products now that I have taken a closer look at them." We will be maintaining our after sales service to the same standard and hopefully, when John renews we will be sending a fleet of Binz vehicles north to East Kilbride."
