Binz gets Irish focus with Fearghas Quinn

Bespoke bodybuilders Fearghas Quinn Hearse and Limousine Coachworks has entered into an agreement to handle the distribution for Ireland of the Binz UK line of limousines and hearses. The move strengthens the hand of Binz in both Eire and Northern Ireland, and follows upon the success of its three-door hearse, developed very much with an eye to the specific needs of these markets.

The agreement with Binz UK will not conflict with Fearghas Quinn's existing business, which focuses on bespoke customer conversions. 

Fearghas Quinn will have available examples of Binz vehicles, which can be viewed at its Ballymena, Co. Antrim location. The convenience of having examples of these hearses and limousines closer to home, will make it easier for funeral professionals in Ireland to make a more informed buying decision - especially as regards drawing valid comparisons with other supplier's products. 

"Though Binz UK has a long history of meeting the needs of UK funeral directors, there are some subtle differences in funeral custom and practice that make Ireland unique. Here, family members tend to bear, so the requirement to carry a full crew may not be as high a priority. Compared with the UK, burial - often in a local churchyard - is far more common than cremation, which means that distances the cortege needs to travel can be less. We are very impressed with the positive reception that the Binz vehicles have received in Ireland, both the three - door hearse and its larger five - door brother." explains sales director Kevin Smith.

Going on to add: "Our choice of Fearghas Quinn as a sales partner, is recognition of the need to have an expert who has this level of in-depth market knowledge, making Binz now better able to respond to the vehicle requirements of the funeral professionals in Ireland. Be this as regards the sales of new and used vehicles, tailored after-sales support or even further development of our vehicle range to suit their specific needs".
