"If we can satisfy the most demanding customers in the market, our future business is guaranteed," said Peter Smith. In a development with that aim in mind Binz has appointed Richard Bernard as Service Manager at Reading. Richard Bernard has had a long career in the motor trade, leaving school at 16 and taking an apprenticeship with Vauxhall, moving to specialise in Mercedes some 20 years ago. Latterly a workshop manager with Greenoaks Mercedes Richard brings a wealth of knowledge of the marque to Binz. Richard will operate from Binz's new headquarters at Reading where he will take a hands-on approach to ensuring customer satisfaction with vehicle servicing and repairs. In the unlikely event that a client should have a problem with their Binz that cannot be resolved locally, Richard becomes a "flying doctor" and will wing his way around the country to ensure that no Binz client ever has to worry about technical issues with their fleet. Needless to say, Richard Bernard's main focus is on dealing with Binz products, however, everyone is a Binz customer and fleet operators who can't get satisfaction with their existing service package can always contact Binz for technical advice and perhaps a demonstration of the finest limousines and hearses on the market.
